[Foss4g2009] Poster hour - Wed lunch

In 2007 the demo theatre ran the whole time; and did not notice any blip in attendance due to poster sessions. I have marked of the morning tea slots with an "open*" and indicated that there is a poster session running at the same time.

When you do communicate with the poster session due mention that they probably want someone at their poster for all the breaks...

Like 2007, I suggest we allocate a lunch hour to the poster session, and 
during that hour, I suggest that we don't run the Demo Theater (whoever 
has that demo theater slot would likely be disappointed).

I suggest the timeslot is lunchtime on Thursday.
