The only way I've seen this work first hand is if you have an  
optional dinner beforehand, then have the main meeting afterwards.   
This presume that you have a meeting place where this works, but I  
agree with Bruce that it can be distracting.  I'll follow up with  
Cameron and see what we can make work.  Keep in mind that not all  
projects, committees, etc. have always been able to make it to the  
meeting.  So a lot depends on that anyway.

I think we have some better options as we've discussed here today, as  
long as it's held not when people are starving.
