I have made a couple of updates to the site... need feedback before update.

* Added announcement div at the top of the front-page
* Added Twitter feed div

There is some overlap between twitter feed, twitter link on left and
the announcements which I'm not happy about. One option is to put the
twitter feed into the announcement div then use twitter to push out
short news updates
