[Foss4g2009] Re: Tweaking and finalising the program

I've had a look, and it's not easy for sure. In the original we would
have to reconfigure between the close of Wed and the start of Tues, and
again at lunch on Fri. The new one has times at lunch Tues and Fri,
after hours on Wed and Thurs and during the morning break on Thurs and Fri.
The problem is that with the addition of a keynote each morning there is
no longer time to run morning tutorials. That leaves us scattering them
pretty much wherever we can.
One solution would that instead of moving the morning tutorials to
Tuesday, we have a block after lunch on Friday and just lose two
Tutorials. Then as long as we're willing to accept a decreased capacity
in the morning sessions that will happen in the tutorial rooms, we only
need to switch things around once, and we only cut into six sessions
capacity. I suppose we can just accept smaller sessions in the tutorial
rooms with the current proposal, and not drop the two tutorials.
