[Foss4g2009] Amended Conference Program Available

Looks good Simon.
The only suggestion (which I don't feel strongly about) is that we would 
probably be better to drop a Tutorials slot than a Sessions slot.

My gut feeling, without doing the research, is there will be more demand 
for Sessions than for Tutorials.
