[Foss4g2009] Workshop / Tutorial Submission Templates

I think you're getting confused about the templates. Here is the call
for workshops
(http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2009_Call_for_Workshops) that should
contain this information. This is their first contact and how they find
the workshops or tutorial pages. The pages provide this detail again,
though separating workshops from tutorials for clarity and link to the
submission templates. The submission templates are not stand alone
documents, they are the last level of detail for what we expect of
presenters. Frankly, they already provide more information than I've
seen in previous years and it should all be contained on the website
(it's not yet).
The website seems to be missing the submission instruction page. We
should get a draft in that pretty soon.
At the moment I don't think there's any need for a separate workshops
mailing list, mostly because we don't have a separate workshops committee.
