Hi Cameron,
 
Thanks for having me along at the committee meeting. Here's what stuck
in my mind.

Sponsorship Entitlements
------------------------
When providing additional opportunities for more recent sponsors, it may
be worth considering the feelings of confirmed sponsors. For example, by
ensuring that the new opportunities given smaller sponsors are not
perceived as more prominent that those given to established sponsors.

Evaluating Papers
-----------------
Rusty Russell suggests some simple, transparent criteria for evaluating
LCA papers that might be translated for FOSS4G:

I suspect that a rationale for decision ought to be recorded, but I do
not think individual cases need to be justified beyond an overall
statement on the policies used to select papers. A recommended set could
be put to the OC with a null response deemed to be acceptance.

Cross Promotion
---------------
PostGIS is a shining example of the extensibility of Postgres, I'd
seriously consider contacting Australian Postgres maintainers like Gavin
Sherry to see if they'd like to attend. I suspect similar efforts could
be used to promote the conference to other enabling FOSS communities.

Facilities Connectivity
-----------------------
I have put the OC in contact with someone with years of experience in
provising venues and connectivity for things like coding workshops.
