Good idea. Just one week, or do we want to push it two weeks? I would
be keen to hear from Arinex (Tour Hosts) to see if they have any advice
on the implications of a 1 week extension vs two weeks.
+1 for an extension of 1 or 2 weeks.

Subject: [Foss4g2009] Proposal, delay early bird registration by one
week
There is only 11 days from the announcement of abstract selection, (our
big publicity announcement) till early bird deadline on foss4g
registration.
For some potential delegates, this may be the first time they hear about
foss4g as we are getting an ever increasing publicity pipeline.
I'd like to delay early bird registration by 1 week, in order to give
delegates just over 2 weeks to register. (Ie, enough time to come back
from holidays, get funding from boss sorted, etc). This is especially
applicable as many northerners are on summer holidays, and Australians
are on school holidays this week and next.
