[Foss4g2009] Proposal: Geoff Zeiss to coordinate a Government policy theme in FOSS4G

+1 very happy with this
I'm guessing Bruce (AU) and Harley (NZ) are the best contacts within the OC
regarding Gov't contacts - Harley met with the NZ GeoSpatial Office a few
weeks back and having Geoff on board may help to solidify some commitment
from them?
