[Foss4g2009] Announce email list

Shoaib,
Now that we are accepting registrations, we have removed the page for 
people to register interest in FOSS4G, which means we are not collecting 
email addresses of likely participants.

Most people won't subscribe to this discuss email list, but will 
subscribe to an announce list, so can you please point the "mailing 
list" URL at: http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/foss4g2009-announce

Ideally, I'd like to see one page where you can subscribe to both lists.
