[Foss4g2009] Arinex/FOSS4G organising committee meeting this coming week

Jeff,
Just following up on this - Mark asked a few questions today regarding
workshop infrastructure etc.

He seemed satisfied with the resolutions  - I would follow up with Mark if
there are any outstanding queries and we can try and get these addressed.
>From memory our meeting covered the following with regards to workshops:

   - Timetable for the imaging - Mark following up offline with Daniel at
   Arinex
   - Printing - There is a deadline for submissions and Arinex are
   confirming arrangements with local printer
   - Local volunteers are allowed to assist hardware provider strip down a
   room to accommodate the installfest
