[Foss4g2009] Feedback on Presentation Selection process

I was discussing FOSS4G with an influential Australian spatial
personality at an event this evening.

He enthused on the process that was used to select abstracts for
presentations.

His comment was that no other conference that he'd been to used this
process and that it was very pleasing to be able to be part of the
process and to help contribute to abstract selection (by voting).
