[Foss4g2009] AGM time slot

Hi all, hope the meeting went well, sorry I couldn't make it.  When we
discussed the OSGeo AGM time slot earlier in the year we planned to have
it at the closing of event - I saw another schedule that put it near the
beginning.  

I just want to make sure I'm clear on when we have it, so I can inform
delegates about it.  The Wednesday slot is shown in the online schedule
- is that static now?
