Jeff, this will be great! Thanks. I am also supposed to be there in 
July. It will be nice to meet and discuss with you again.

Yes, submissions are now closed but I am pretty sure it should be 
possible to add one more talk/presentation. Please contact Erwan Bocher 
at IRSTV (erwan dot bocher -at - ec-nantes dot fr). He is one of the 
main organisers and the chair of the program committee for the research 
part of the event in which I am involved. He could relay the 
info/request to the right person in the organisation committee.
