Hello Lorenzo,

Yes I am available to attend the France event in July.  However from
following the recent OSGeo Board discussions it seems they have a tight
budget this year so I am worried that they will not be able to support
me for this event; indeed I did not see a response to your suggestion
about this to them.

So I am unsure how to proceed.
