I've updated the text. it's time to publish, many events are coming and 
it will be good to go on presenting and supporting foss4g2010.

A good part of content is copied from last year press release (I love 
Cameron's work on foss4g!). Hope this is not a problem.
I've tried to "localize it" and to add a little bit more.

I'll be pleased to receive comments/corrections. don't feel shy to 
suggest big changes to the text.
