I'd like to see a complete budget before I said those are the prices
we want go with ... just on strict comparison terms:

2007 Early Full Conference + Workshops = $575CAD = 366EUR
2010 Proposed Early Full Conference + Workshops = 350 EUR

2007 Late Full Conference + Workshops = $820CAD = 522EUR
2008 Late Full Conference + Workshops = 5900ZAR = 531EUR
2009 Late Full Conference = $935AUD = 577EUR
2009 Late Workshops = $375AUD = 231EUR
2010 Proposed Late Full Conference + Workshops = 415EUR
2010 Proposed Late Workshops = 190EUR

Particularly in the late phase, the proposed prices are leaving a lot
on the table, around 25% under previous events. 2009 made a profit in
the end in part on a rush of late registration that paid a steep
premium for being late.

I'd also like to to see a Conference-Only price in the list and have
the Full Conference = Workshops + Conference-Only.
