[Foss4g2010] Registration refund procedure

Dear FOSS4G LOC,
I would like to know the procedure to get refund for early registration. Indeed as we get a workshop accepted I shouldn't have to pay anything to register as the workshop grant me a free registration. Nevertheless, before knowing that we get accepted for the workshop I paid for an early registration. So I think I have to ask for a refund.
