[Foss4g2010] low budget accommodation at FOSS4G

we are trying to create a list of low budget (but nice) places to stay.

we have the list of Hostals ready [1] but most of it are little far from
downtown or the Venue.
Actually downtown, the historical center, is a perfect place to stay because
it's at 15 minutes by metro or 30 walking to the Venue.

does anybody have time to look for B&B in that area?
I will try my best to check and rate those places for you.
