Hello Bob,

There was no extension for workshop/tutorial abstracts.  Late 
submissions will be discussed today in the next workshop meeting 
(http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2011_Workshops_Meetings).

I recommend that you follow along discussions on the workshop mailing 
list as well (http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/conference-workshops).
