[Foss4g2011] workshops price

Hi Vasile, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our aim was to more or
less match prices from last year (or reduce a little if possible). Last
year's early registration workshop price was 175 euros ($240) and late 200
euros ($275), compared to our prices of $199 early and $299 late (in general
we are a little lower for early and a little higher for late). Unfortunately
it seems that until now (as last year apparently), we had assumed that was
the price for one workshop whereas it was actually the price for two, and
nobody had caught this up to now.

I will check with the local organizing committee and get back to the list
shortly.
