[Foss4g2011] united airline discounts

Hi Jody, it was certainly our understanding when we organized these
discounts that they could be used from outside North America. But there was
a lot of fine print and this bit you've included here about North American
point of sale seems discouraging :(. It was our friends at State of the Map
who really did all the work on this, so I'm checking with them to see if
they have any more info, or examples of people who have been able to book.
Has anyone on the list successfully booked tickets using these discount
codes from outside (or indeed inside) North America?
I'll investigate and let you know what I find, but if anyone else has any
experience or insights to share with the list, please do!
