Arnulf,

The submission from the Met Office is indeed entitled "The Met
 Office Open Data journey" (short and catchy if you ask me).

As for your paper, the content from the form was recorded as you now see
it...what ever happened to the first part of the text appears to only have
happened in this one instance.

Perhaps Paul, you can insert the missing text directly into the voting
application data?
