[Foss4g2013] Additional Workshops at FOSS4G 2013

We are pleased to announce that we have managed to secure some additional
rooms suitable for running workshops during the main conference. These
workshops will be free to all delegates and will be ran on a first-come,
first-served basis on the day.

Paul Ramsey has kindly agreed to run a round of community voting for the
workshops which we will use for the selection. Further details to follow
shortly.
