[foss4g2014] computer labs for conference next year

Right now, I think it's too hard to answer that question, since we don't know what the workshops will be.

Obviously we can structure different workshops differently depending on what computer resources are available. 

Some may require software, some may require no software, and some may be of the "boot the OSGeo Live DVD and run off of that" type.

Some will undoubtedly be BYO Laptop as well, which won't require any computers at all.
