[foss4g2014] Who wants to make a map?

Okay, folks. I got some great feedback on the last round. Here's the
current map for the program. I'm looking to wrap this up so please let
me know if you have any last-minute comments. Thanks all for your great
suggestions. I'm still having difficulty exporting to a vector format
that displays correctly but I've included a link to the InkScape SVG if
anybody wants to take a shot at troubleshooting that issue.
