[foss4g2014] FOSS4G Exhibit Hall Hours

HI Alan,

Thanks for signing up to staff the booth a whole bunch.  With more
volunteers, maybe you'll get some time off too.  On Thursday, September 11
the exhibit hall will probably be open until 5:30, however, with the OSGeo
AGM starting at 4:30 it makes sense to put up a sign for the AGM at 4:30
and leave.
