[foss4g2014] Setting Conference Pricing

I love the cart idea, but I feel like we need to remember the number of
people involved - it would have to be multiple, multiple carts.

I'm sure OCC charges for the plaza space.

There is also a farmers market up the street (around NE 8th) 2 days a week
at that time of year.
