[FOSS4G2015] Early thoughts on Logo requirements

Hello 2015 committee!

I just saw a tweet from Sanghee, and it is the first time that I see a 
sort of 'unofficial' logo for 2015[1]

I just want to give an early reminder now, that the official logo should 
contain the "FOSS4G ribbon" (best explained by looking at the past logos 
here http://www.foss4g.org/).  I think the current FOSS4G-Korea logo is 
not quite 'ribbon-y'.  I think a slight change should be made so that it 
does contain a ribbon.

I think it's good to note this now before it is too late and logos start 
being shared around.
