[FOSS4G2015] Proposing a paper

Hi all,

I would like to present a paper at FOSS4G and was wondering whether I could
submit a summary first and work on the paper up to the end of July. I have
the research done and working code and would like to use the remaining time
until then to work on the paper.

The topic would be high performance visualization of digital elevation
model, vector and raster imagery on a planetary scale.
