PROPOSALS SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR WORKSHOPS


FOSS4G Seoul 2015 welcomes the online submission for WORKSHOPS. 
Proposals received by March 23, 2015 via

considered under the standard review process. Only accepted workshops can
be run and the training leaders must register as conference participants.
FOSS4G Seoul Committee will provide the training leader of each workshop (i.
e. only one person per workshop) with 50% discount of main conference
registration fee.


 


EARLY BIRD SPONSORSHIP DEADLINE


FOSS4G Seoul 2015 welcomes any organizers or companies wishing to support
this event. We are offering a 10% discount to all sponsors who sign up by
March 31, 2015.

Acceptance Notice


 


All applicants for Workshop will be notified the outcome of their
submission by e-mail or My page on the website, around March 31, 2015. 


 


All applicants for Academic Track or Regular Track Presentation will be
notified the outcome of their submission by e-mail or My page on the
website, no later than June 4, 2015.


 


All authors presenting either oral or poster sessions are required to
complete Early Advanced Registration online and remit the required
registration fee by June 22, 2015 in order to remain on the final program.
