[FOSS4G2016] update 20.04.2016

Hi Till,

Yes, that is unfortunate that we aren't promoting this enough.  To be 
honest and open: I've seen some past OSGeo Boards that are too picky 
with helping sprints (need X number of projects involved, etc.); I don't 
think that is a reality today, today I/we are happy to support any 
sprint that follows the OSGeo mission :)
