[FOSS4G2016] A postcard for promoting the conference on print media

Anton,

the OSGEO logo is defenetely important. I asked Matthias to include 
this onto our starting page as well, so just wait for him and then you 
might pick it from the website.

The rest is okay, please just take the core-conference dates: 24th - 
26th August 2016 ;-)
