[FOSS4G2016] defining "ice breaker"

Guys,

please just read our proposal - we have pub night meeting every night 
;-).
There are five selected FOSS4G pubs waiting for us every night. No 
worries.
Thats exactly what I remember: this disco-pub-meeting in Lausanne and 
the Sticky Wicket in Victoria - but - growing FOSS4G and smaller pubs in 
Bonn.
So that's why we've choosen 5 of them and every innkeeper knows for 
these days what might happen.

So again - the socialising is really what you shoudn't worry about.
