[FOSS4G2016] : Update item in sponsor package on homepage?

Hi all,

If the original meaning was something like "the opportunity to use the  
participants email adresses to be used for a mailing by the sponsors"  
I agree with Hinrich that it's a good thing to record somewhere that  
we are NOT providing this as an option for our sponsors.
