[FOSS4G2016] LocationTech collab For Bonn?

Hi Marc, Volker, Till and others,


A few questions:
- Is "key notes" meant like: to have some key notes entirely provided  
by LocationTech; or does LocationTech just provide suggestions and  
contacts and is it up to the LOC to decide whether or not to use these  
suggestions & connections
- Is a "LocationTech"-track in the program a track completely filled  
with LocationTech partners, or a track assembeld by LocationTech (or  
even something else).

Thus, both my remarks are about: is Locationtech's role like an  
"assistent to the driver" (with the LOC still firmly holding the  
steering wheel and making the final decisions), or is LocationTech's  
holding the steering wheel (for at leat a few kilometers).

Both make sense, but in order to avoid misconception it's good to have  
this clear in advance.
