[FOSS4G2016] Web site: Sponsors

Hi,
some suggestions for the initial structure for the sponsor-page. Only
make those headings visible which already contain a sponsor (in [ ]
means not visible)

Title: Sponsors
(intro blabla:)
We are happy to thank all sponsors for their support and invite all to
check out the great offerings and services by following the link to
their respective web sites. Please check out the exhibition area and get
into contact with our sponsors without whose support this conference
would not be such a success.

Institutional Partner:With the support of the United Nations Office for
Outer Space Affairs
[Media Partners]

(blue coloring just added for emphasis)

Once more sponsors come in we also "activate" the other titles.
