[FOSS4G2016] Update on FOSS4G Video recording, live-stream and publishing by CCC VOC

Hi,

personnally I am not a frined of live-streaming. But I am little afraid 
that this may keep people from joining the conference. Perhaps we can 
discuss this on monday's IRC?

I put it on the list.
