[FOSS4G2016] Minutes of monthly meeting 07. October 2015

Dear Bonn Team, 

Do you have any plan to have Travel Grants program and reduced rate for the low & lower-middle income economies just like Seoul team did?

There were 9 travel grantees and 20 attendees from low & lower-middle income economies at FOSS4G Seoul. Those attendees were from countries where we hardly see in the past FOSS4G. I think these 2 programs have contributed to disseminate the open source spirit to much more countries. 

I hope Bonn Team consider to have these 2 programs at FOSS4G Bonn 2016 positively.
