[FOSS4G2016] Sharing marketing materials

Some updates:

  - added logo to http://www.foss4g.org/
  - added logo to http://www.osgeo.org/
  - added logo to http://www.mapserver.org/
  - filed a ticket to change the logo on http://qgis.org (always the 
most hits for FOSS4G each year).  Actually if the 2016 designer can join 
this ticket directly there that would be great, as last year the Seoul 
team created a custom banner to fit the widget on qgis.org ("940px × 
300px and taking into consideration the black stuff on bottom of the 
banner on qgis.org").  Please join the discussion at 
https://hub.qgis.org/issues/13555

I suggest that by next week you create a reference page for these 
materials, such as [1] and distribute that around to many project 
mailing lists, as each year most of the FOSS4G traffic is from these 
logos on different sites.
