[FOSS4G2016] Planning Meeting in Berlin

Hi Gert-Jan,

it's just the point that Carmen, Anja, Oliver and me are in Berlin next 
week anyhow. We want to integrate Katja Haferkorn, who does a lot of 
very valuable work for FOSSGIS conferences into LOC as well (she lives 
near Berlin), so we just took the opportunity to have a meeting. Carmen 
and Anja also want to talk about the homepage related things....

That's what it is all about ;-)
