Yes the OSGeo Conference Committee is looking at options for hosting 
FOSS4G videos (there is a VimeoPro account that we will use in the short 
term, maintained by the FOSS4G-Portland team / DarrellF). We will 
hopefully renew that Pro account for one more year until the conference 
committee decides on the best method for all FOSS4G videos.
