[FOSS4G2016] Beginner's guide to mailchimp

For those of use (mainly PR&M + Till) who are likely to use Mailchimp 
for our mass-mailing I created a Mailchimp for Dummies.
I kept Marc in mind while composing it, so anybody shoudl be able to 
understand and use it ;-)
