[FOSS4G2016] website: "Your ideas board" on the website is finally up and running.

Hi all,

thank you very much for the "Your Ideas Board"! It looks great on
Desktop but an exception is thrown when I open this on an Android phone,
which prevents the pan navigation in the NoteApp  (Chrome and Firefox).
It also seems to be a bit too wide for a small phone display.
