[FOSS4G2016] topic talks: anybody?

GJ,

what we have safe:
(but titles are not fixed yet)
- collaborative mapping in Satellite tacked emergency response"
- open data and open applications for conflict mapping, response and 
peace building
- hands on Sentinel 2 data with Open Source Software
- OSGeo Live presentation performed by Angelos Tzotsos

What we thought about (Arnulf cares)
- TT with "land information" as topic
- TT with open Standards and INSPIRE
- TT with "Open Source for public administrations"

If we get good presenters and moderators for the latter three, we'd 
have still one TT remaining. I thought of giving one TT to Andrea from 
LT where they could present LT projects?
