Hi Charlotte,

Any news from the meeting in LUXX yesterday that's worthful to include 
in the upcoming newsletter (due this weekend)?

Such as:
- cancellation/changes of workshops or other program changes,
- latest calls for exhibitors,
- pictures from the early bird t-shirt contest (Till on a bridge between 
France and Spain in the Pyrenees or on the "Viaduc de Mallau")
- practical stuff (such as rail- and roadworks, safety measures in 
airports and stations)
