Great!
@Codrina & Marc: then I suggest that for the forthcoming news item we use
the same "manual" distribution route as used for the CfP in january.
Cordina, Carmen and I can during the hacking weekend 5/6 March discover what
the easiest way is, usinfg Mailchimp, our CMS possibilities etc. With that
knowledge we can send all our next mailings.
Regards,
GJ

Hi Gert-Jan,
we already use the news item feature. The newsletter possibility sounds great,
I didn't about it. I will be in Essen and we can have a look at it.
Kind regards,
Carmen
