[FOSS4G2016] Official mail addresses

Hi all,

I don't know if it's really important or not. But given 2016.foss4g.org
runs on a server under our control (and not under the control of the
OSGeo), I think it would be possible to have automatically
@2016.foss4g.org addresses available next to out foss4g2016.org ones.

I'm not really sure as I'm not much of a devops/admin guy, so I can well
be wrong.

I'd certainly prefer @2016.foss4g.org addresses, but I don't know if it
would be worth the hassle or how hard it would be. I just thought I
mention it, in case someone cares :)
