[FOSS4G2016] Please Test Call for Presemntations System

Hi LOC,

today I did some tests on the Cfp/CfW system and reported to

The first testing phase will end tonight and as there is only Astrid, 
who already did some testing, I have the imploringly bid to *you* to do 
some tests on the system and report either directly to the ticket or to 
directly to Volker (volker at foss4g2016.org).
