Hi Guido, @others,

about your Pdf-idea: In general we decided to publish the CfP on the
Website and link to it through the emails and press releases we are
going to sent out.

As said earlier, I'd prefer a unique approach for CfP general, CfP AT
and Cf Workshops here. From the website we additionally might link to a
Pdf, if needed.
The above was the procedure at least for the general CfP in the past
years.

BTW: What is more interesting to me: For the general CfP/CfW we are
working on a general email distributor, for this we've started to
register a special (normally not used) emailadress
(till.adams at foss4g2016.org) on local chapter and OSGEO-project
mailing-lists. I don't mind releasing the CfP AT under a different name
and/or emailadress, but in we should avoid cross-postings from the same
conference but for different calls. So my question is - where do you
want to release the CfP AT?

One last thing: In order to integrate the AT-team more in the general
plannings - there is a weekly IRC chat on thursday 17 p.m. (CET) on
OSGeo's freenode-channel.
For this I invite one or two days in advance via the foss4g2016-mailing
list - everybody is welcome ;-)
